By downloading or using Return Today (developed by Vanguard Studio), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Use of the Application

Return Today is designed for personal productivity, habit tracking, focus timing, and document reminder organization. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on supported Apple iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS devices.

2. Purchases and Unlocks

Return Today is free to begin with an optional one-time Premium unlock. All transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store, and refunds or payment queries must be processed directly through Apple.

3. Intellectual Property

All design assets, trademarks, brand identity, and application architecture remain the exclusive property of Vanguard Studio and Gustavo Venzon.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Return Today is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vanguard Studio is not responsible for missed deadlines or document expirations resulting from device battery failure or user notification settings.
